5 years ago Rich teamed up with Dr Steve Wilson and they founded the ISSM Video Journal of Urology. Rich did all the technical work on this very successful enterprise. He supervised peer review. He personally filmed and edited many of the submissions and corrected or altered other submissions. He did this at his own expense always wanting to make the physician submitter’s life easier. Submissions over the 5 years are over 200 as a testimonial to how painless he made the process. Viewership has grown from 3496 viewers in 2016 to over 50,000 participants in 2019.
