Ejaculation is usually associated with male orgasm, but it can happen to women during orgasm, too. When a woman ejaculates, a thick, whitish fluid is released from her urethra. However, the fluid does not have the chemical makeup of urine. It is believed to be produced by glands surrounding the urethra that release fluid during orgasm.
Female ejaculation is not very common. In fact, some women who ejaculate mistake the fluid for urine and feel distressed and embarrassed.
There appears to be a connection between female ejaculation and G-spot stimulation, but women have reported ejaculating from clitoral stimulation alone.
