The Opening Ceremony will take place at The InterContinental Citystars Hotel in the Al Saraya Section 1. The Welcome Reception will follow the Opening Ceremony at the Exhibition Area (Al Saraya Section 4). All participants and registered accompanying persons are invited to attend.

On this evening you will dine near the pyramids in an atmosphere of the 1001 Nights stories. You will make an entrance on a red carpet with light torches leading you the way inside a tent where you will have an Oriental Buffet Dinner with a number of typical oriental dishes.
The tent floor will be covered with oriental carpets and set up with low tables, sitting buffs or low chairs. You will experience the Arabic culture through a show full of music, dancing and artists of top quality imagine dancing horses, fire eaters and snake-charmers.
Transportation will be provided: The shuttle busses will depart from the congress hotels at 19:45.
