I would like to know if the side effects of Cialis can lessen over time. What about trying a low daily dose for a few weeks ? After a nerve-sparing radical prostatectomy 18 m ago, one of my patients (who is in a complicated marital
situation) would really like to be able to bear the running nose, facial redness and dysphagia he encounters with Cialis. Has anybody any advice to give about a ‘contra medication’ to help him. Also I want to know which the best brand of VCD in
the US is.

I have been impressed with a lower prevalence of side effects in men dosing daily with 5mg compared to men dosing intermittently with 20 mg.

I wonder if your patient has tried Viagra or Levitra. Side effects certainly vary from patient to patient and individual responses to the different medications vary quite a lot. I have not found that patients tolerate a PDE5-I better over time if
they have side effects initially. We recommend the Osbon VED (VCD) to our patients.

I would also suggest that tadalafil 5mg daily might overcome the problem.

Like Dan I too find that patients respond differently to the different PDE5-Is. Daily 5mg Cialis seems to have better S/Es profile than on demand and even 2.5mg may be worth trying in a post prostatectomy case. Re Tramal: I've not used previously
as wondered about habituation.

I suggest a Viagra start dose of 100mg.

The flushing and rhinitis are all related to acute peak serum levels but the drugs work a lot longer than one half life. To maximize the concentration in the penile smooth muscle cells it is important to take any PDE-5 inhibitor on
an empty stomach. Transit time in stomach must be minimized and small intestine absorption maximized. By maximizing absorption one can frequently get by with lower doses and even fewer side effects.

Is Tramal tramadol ? Why not use clomipramine or paroxetine???
