Sexual Health Q&A

What is anejaculation?

When a man has anejaculation, he is unable to ejaculate semen. Anejaculation can be classified as situational (occurring only in certain situations) or total (occurring all the time). Some men with total anejaculation can still achieve orgasm.

Anejaculation can be further classified as primary or secondary. Men with primary anejaculation have never been able to ejaculate. Those with secondary anejaculation find themselves unable to ejaculate after a period of normal sexual functioning.
