Sexual Health Q&A
What happens after the DSDS?
A woman’s answers on the DSDS can help a clinician address relevant issues. For example, if a woman thinks her loss of sexual interest stems from stress or fatigue, she may be able to make lifestyle changes to alleviate those issues. Or, if she is dissatisfied with her relationship or partner, she may benefit from counseling.
If a woman is diagnosed with HSDD, she can be referred to a specialist for further evaluation and treatment.
